YEMA Navygraf Phantom CMM.10 Dive Watch
Starting from 1.890 €The YEMA Navygraf Phantom CMM.10 Limited Edition pushes the French brand's historic diver towards its most stealthy expression yet. Descended from the late-1970s Navygraf, it retains the line's two visual signatures, the exclamation-point hour markers and the matt yellow hands, while adopting an all-over matt black IP finish on both case and steel bracelet. Limited to 200 numbered pieces, this 38.5 mm interpretation combines 300 metres of water resistance, a sandblasted ceramic bezel and the in-house CMM.10 calibre designed and assembled in Morteau. A compact, tactical and technically ambitious dive watch, built for enthusiasts of French watchmaking and field instruments.
YEMA Navygraf Phantom CMM.10 Limited Edition dive watch
YEMA occupies a distinctive place in French watchmaking. Based in Morteau, the cradle of French horology, the brand built its identity around tool watches for divers, pilots and explorers. The Navygraf belongs firmly to that family: designed by Jean Müller in the late 1960s and 1970s, it was conceived as the more accessible companion to the Superman, with the same demand for legibility underwater.
Two signatures have never left it: the so-called exclamation-point hour markers and the yellow hands, designed to offer immediate contrast in murky water. The Navygraf also established itself as a tool of the French navy, and in 2020 the Marine Nationale and the Armée de l'Air both named YEMA as their partner for military-grade tool watches. The collection also includes a Navygraf Marine Nationale CMM.10 released in 2024, proof of this line's continuing vitality.
The Phantom extends this heritage by becoming the first Navygraf CMM.10 finished entirely in IP black, case and bracelet included. Limited to 200 pieces, it keeps a deliberately vintage format and houses the brand's first in-house calibre, its bridges and plates machined in the Morteau workshops. This is therefore not a simple aesthetic variation, but a collector's piece that sums up YEMA's recent industrial trajectory and its roots in the Jura arc.

The YEMA Navygraf Phantom CMM.10 Limited Edition dive watch
The Navygraf Phantom retains the deliberately restrained proportions of the historic diver. Its 38.5 mm 316L stainless steel case measures 46 mm lug to lug for a thickness of 11.05 mm, a size that stays balanced on slim wrists as well as larger ones. Finish is the essence of its character: a matt black IP treatment brushed vertically absorbs light, while polished bevels redraw the profile and avoid the monoblock effect that a fully dark case often produces. The matt black brushed dial extends this stealthy reading without sacrificing function.

The beige printed exclamation-point hour markers, the white railway track and the matt yellow hands create an immediate visual hierarchy, reinforced by the Super-LumiNova Grade A applied to the hands and to the triangular bezel marker. The Manufacture Française wording at 6 o'clock recalls the movement's origin. A 2.50 mm double-domed sapphire crystal protects the whole. In use, the unidirectional rotating bezel with sandblasted black ceramic insert, graduated from 0 to 60 with engraved numerals, tracks dive time, and the 300-metre water resistance places the watch firmly in professional territory. The 19 mm lug width stays true to the model's vintage dimensions, a choice consistent with the spirit of the case and its compact format.
Limited edition and Morteau manufacture calibre
The heart of this Navygraf is the CMM.10 manufacture calibre, YEMA's first in-house developed movement. Automatic, it beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and offers a 70-hour power reserve, meaning the watch can sit unworn for a whole weekend without needing to be reset. The stated accuracy of -3/+5 seconds per day sits among the best industrial tolerances, supported by a Glucydur balance wheel, a Nivarox hairspring and a double cone Incabloc system. Bridges and plates are machined in the Morteau workshops, where assembly, regulation and quality control also take place.

This movement is meant to be seen: the brand chose a sapphire caseback despite the 300 metres of water resistance, a rare decision on a diver of this calibre. Each caseback is engraved with the edition number 000/200 and an individual serial number, repeated on the personalised warranty card, ensuring complete traceability for each piece. The whole is worn on a 316L steel IP black bracelet, vertically brushed matt to match the case and fitted with a diving extension for quick fitting over a wetsuit. With only 200 pieces, the Phantom is aimed at collectors attached to French watchmaking and enthusiasts of dark, discreet tool watches that remain genuinely usable underwater.
YEMA Navygraf Phantom CMM.10 Limited Edition dive watch : stealth
The YEMA Navygraf Phantom CMM.10 Limited Edition combines a 38.5 mm 316L steel case entirely finished in matt black IP, a unidirectional rotating bezel with sandblasted ceramic insert and 300 metres of water resistance. Its matt black dial retains the exclamation-point hour markers and matt yellow hands that define the Navygraf, with Super-LumiNova Grade A treatment. The automatic CMM.10 manufacture calibre offers 70 hours of power reserve and an accuracy of -3/+5 seconds per day, visible through a sapphire caseback engraved with the edition number. A steel IP black bracelet with diving extension and a 5-year international warranty complete the package.
Movement
The Navygraf Phantom is powered by the YEMA CMM.10 manufacture calibre, an automatic movement designed, assembled and regulated in the Morteau workshops. It runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour and offers a 70-hour power reserve. Stated accuracy reaches -3/+5 seconds per day, supported by a Glucydur balance wheel, a Nivarox hairspring and a double cone Incabloc system. The display is limited to hours, minutes and seconds, in keeping with a legible dive instrument free of unnecessary complications.
Diameter and materials
The case is made of 316L stainless steel with a vertically brushed matt black IP finish and polished bevels that enliven the profile. It measures 38.5 mm in diameter for 11.05 mm of thickness and 46 mm lug to lug, proportions faithful to the model's vintage spirit. The bezel carries a sandblasted black ceramic insert engraved with a 60-minute scale, and a 2.50 mm double-domed sapphire crystal covers a vertically brushed matt black dial with beige printed hour markers.
Water resistance
The Navygraf Phantom is rated to 300 m / 30 bar of water resistance, a level suited to professional diving. This performance relies on a screw-down crown with matt black IP finish and on a sapphire caseback, an unusual choice at this depth since it exposes the calibre. The unidirectional rotating bezel allows dive time to be tracked, while the Super-LumiNova Grade A on the hands and triangular marker ensures legibility in darkness.
Accessories
The watch is delivered on a 316L steel matt black IP bracelet, vertically brushed to match the case and fitted with a diving extension allowing quick adjustment over a wetsuit or technical garment. Presentation follows the standard of the Manufacture collection: a brown lacquered wooden box with suede-effect interior, a cushion to hold the watch, a black protective outer box and a personalised warranty card bearing the individual serial number of the piece.
Warranty
YEMA grants a 5-year international warranty on this Navygraf Phantom, counted from the shipping date. A personalised warranty card accompanies each piece and repeats the individual serial number engraved on the caseback, ensuring complete traceability within this edition limited to 200 pieces. This period of coverage reflects the brand's policy across all its watches fitted with the CMM.10 manufacture calibre, produced and assembled in the Morteau workshops.
