CiRCULA ProSea Power+ Dive Watch

Starting from 1000 €

The CiRCULA ProSea Power+ is a German dive watch built as a genuine tool, continuing the design language of the brand's Pro line from Pforzheim. Offered in two dial versions, Madame Jeanette yellow and dark blue, it pairs a 40 mm sandblasted and hardened steel case with a unidirectional rotating bezel featuring a ceramic insert, and a Swiss automatic movement with an extended power reserve. Water resistant to 200 metres and legible in all conditions thanks to its anti-reflective sapphire crystal and Super-LumiNova lume, it suits diving and watersports as much as everyday wear. A sound choice for enthusiasts of small-batch technical dive watches.

CiRCULA ProSea Power+ dive watch

CiRCULA is a family business based in Keltern, on the outskirts of Pforzheim, one of the historic cradles of German watchmaking. The brand claims a history dating back to 1955 and more than seventy years of functional mechanical watches designed first for use. Its business model relies on direct online sales, with a deliberately small network of retailers, allowing it to offer Swiss movements and careful finishing at contained prices. Every watch is assembled, regulated and inspected in Pforzheim, bearing the Made in Germany designation, built around Sellita or La Joux-Perret calibres.

The ProSea is the brand's fourth dive watch, introduced in November 2025. It shares its case and formal vocabulary with the field-style ProTrail and the aviation ProFlight, with the same proportions of 40 mm in diameter and 46 mm lug to lug, plus the unidirectional rotating bezel a diver requires. The design of the Pro family is signed by Guy Bove, former creative director at Breitling and TAG Heuer, whose taste for clean volumes and matte surfaces shows here.

The model's visual identity draws on the marine world: the dial texture recalls manta ray skin, whose relief pattern also decorates the screwed caseback. The Power+ variant adds a movement with an extended power reserve and a finer, more uniform dial texture, together with a redesigned set of hands. True to its motto, this diver takes on the role of a versatile tool watch, from diving to watersports to daily wear.

The CiRCULA ProSea Power+ dive watch

The ProSea Power+ carries over the case and formal language of CiRCULA's other Pro models, with a 316L stainless steel case measuring 40 mm excluding the crown and 46 mm lug to lug. These contained proportions, combined with a thickness of 11.7 mm excluding the crystal, make it a genuinely wearable diver, even on medium or slender wrists. The case is hand-sandblasted then surface-hardened, a treatment that pushes scratch resistance up to 1,200 Vickers, well above untreated steel. The two-piece construction pairs a screwed caseback, decorated in relief with a manta ray, with a screw-down crown stamped with the logo, both guaranteeing the 200-metre water resistance.

Above the dial, a slightly domed sapphire crystal receives a triple internal anti-reflective treatment that preserves legibility underwater as much as in bright sunlight. The unidirectional rotating bezel, mounted on ball bearings, offers 120 clicks and a scratch-resistant ceramic insert, whose luminous markers are filled with X1-grade Super-LumiNova C3. The finely grained, matte-lacquered dial plays with light depending on the viewing angle, while the hand-applied hour markers and redesigned hands, filled with Super-LumiNova BGW9, ensure clear legibility. The hour hand is widened and the minute hand lengthened and slimmed, in the spirit of professional dive watches.

Two Power+ versions and two strap choices

The ProSea Power+ comes in two dial versions that share exactly the same construction and movement. The first, named Madame Jeanette, borrows its intense yellow from a Caribbean pepper: highly recognisable on the wrist, it stays functional thanks to its matte finish and strong contrasts. The second, Dark blue, takes on a deeper, more maritime blue, whose fine texture reveals shifting nuances depending on the light. In both cases, the date window matches the dial colour so as not to disturb legibility.

Each version can be ordered with one of two straps: a hybrid rubber strap, rubber on the inside and Cordura® on the outside, closed with a pin buckle, or a 316L steel bracelet with screwed links, supplied with its screwdriver and a safety deployant clasp with tool-free fine adjustment. Both use a quick-change system and a 20 mm width, making it easy to switch between configurations. On the mechanical side, the Sellita SW200-2 Power+ Elaboré calibre provides comfortable autonomy and a stated accuracy of between five seconds slow and seven seconds fast per day, after fine regulation in Pforzheim. Prices range from €1,000 to €1,390, with the most complete configuration including an additional rubber strap.

CiRCULA ProSea Power+ dive watch: German toughness

The CiRCULA ProSea Power+ is a German diver measuring 40 mm in sandblasted 316L steel, hardened up to 1,200 Vickers, water resistant to 200 metres. Its unidirectional rotating bezel with 120 clicks features a ceramic insert, and its slightly domed sapphire crystal a triple internal anti-reflective treatment. The finely grained dial, in Madame Jeanette yellow or dark blue, showcases hand-applied hour markers filled with Super-LumiNova BGW9. Inside, the Swiss automatic Sellita SW200-2 Power+ Elaboré calibre delivers around 65 hours of power reserve at 28,800 vibrations per hour. Hybrid rubber or steel bracelet, with quick-change system.

01

Movement

The ProSea Power+ is powered by the automatic Sellita SW200-2 Power+ Elaboré calibre. Its revised barrel and gear train push the power reserve to around 65 hours, while retaining a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and 26 jewels. The ball-bearing-mounted rotor winds in both directions, manual winding remains possible, hacking seconds ease time-setting, and the date corrects quickly. The stated accuracy is -5/+7 seconds per day after fine regulation in Pforzheim.

Diameter and materials

The 40 mm 316L stainless steel case, excluding the crown, measures 46 mm lug to lug and 11.7 mm thick, 12.9 mm including the crystal. Sandblasted and then surface-hardened to 1,200 Vickers, it resists scratches better than ordinary steel. The ceramic bezel insert follows the same logic, while the slightly domed sapphire crystal gets a triple internal anti-reflective treatment. The finely grained, matte-lacquered dial comes in Madame Jeanette yellow or dark blue, with a brushed chapter ring and a matching date window.

03

Water resistance

With 200 m / 20 ATM water resistance, the ProSea Power+ covers recreational diving as well as all watersports. The logo-stamped screw-down crown and the screwed caseback engraved in relief with a manta ray lock a two-piece case, with a steel movement retaining ring. The unidirectional rotating bezel with 120 clicks, mounted on ball bearings, allows reliable tracking of dive time, its markers filled with Super-LumiNova® C3 X1. Luminous hands and hour markers complete underwater legibility.

Accessories

Two straps are offered, both 20 mm wide and fitted with a quick-change system. The hybrid rubber strap, rubber on the inside and Cordura® on the outside, closes with a pin buckle and suits aquatic use well. The 316L steel bracelet with screwed links comes with its screwdriver and a safety deployant clasp with tool-free fine adjustment. References with the +SP-AE suffix add an extra rubber strap. CiRCULA does not give further detail on the contents of the box supplied with the watch.

Warranty

CiRCULA backs the ProSea Power+ with a two-year warranty covering the movement, hands and dial against manufacturing defects. Since the brand sells mainly direct from Keltern, after-sales service and servicing go through its Pforzheim workshops, where the watches are assembled, regulated and inspected. This setup limits intermediaries and costs, but implies shipping to Germany, as the retailer network remains very limited. Stated delivery times run to a few days.
